My short digital video production is called Identity, and the piece portrays a girl who can’t accept not fully understanding the why’s of life, and she searches in books of religions for answers, tries different ways to find a pureness/happiness in life. She’s very stubborn as a person. Towards the end she feels this pull to go someplace, and at the end she goes up a stairwell then we see figures in the wall. It’s up to the viewer to decide what they may of her fate in reality, or is that the reality? Yepp…
I worked on this project with Cristina Garcia. She liked my idea so we ended up producing it together. I wrote the script. We both filmed and edited the piece, although I’d say during that process my focus was more on the visuals and hers was towards audio, though we each did work on both sides.

I worked with Jeff to make this film. It is basically about a man who starts his own religion and profits off of the donations people give to his church. The movie has a big twist ending also. The idea for the film was Jeff’s, we both directed it and I edited it.
The film is about a man who one day decides to start his own religion. He goes through similar corruption that many religions do, with a plot twist at the very end. The film was written by me(Jeff), edited by Jorey Kiva, and was directed by the both of us.
In the movie, the two main characters were once an average teen couple that used to be together. But after a breakup, all they can do now is look at the old memories they had and have regrets. The movie finishes with a happy ending, but I won’t ruin that for you. Within the moviemaking process, I led the filming of the project and I recorded the music for the piece. I also had a hand in the editing process.

My movie, Five Moments of Wholesome Pleasure, is a series of shorts. I would say that each short has a certain form of dry/dark humor. I wrote, directed, and edited it, as well as acted in it and filmed the scenes I wasn’t acting in.
My final project, titled “To My Best Friend”, is about a girl who is writing a letter to her best friend. Recently, she and her friend have had some difficult times, to say the least. If you’ve been through something like that, then you know that it’s not always easy to say everything you want to to someone’s face. So the girl’s writing a letter instead, thinking about how things used to be and comparing them to how things are now. The movie’s full of memories and flashbacks.
By the way, my actress did not actually go through what happened in the movie. She’s just a friend who I asked to act for me.
…Was the title of my final movie. I worked with Austin and Connor and our movie had no dialogue, but piano music playing over the video. The piece clocked at 4 or 5 minutes and depicted a boy and a girl depressed, in their respective rooms, having flashbacks of being with each other. One of the flashbacks involves the couple having a fight and the girl screaming at the guy to leave. Then, at the end of the movie, the girl finds the guy and sits next to him. It’s implied they get back together.
I played the main guy in the movie, and helped Austin (director/cameraman) set up a lot of the shots. I contributed some plot ideas too.
I thought it was pretty tight.
My final project is a mockumentary film which follows a day in the life of the baddest don of Providence. He he takes himself very seriously, the movie is meant to be taken as comedic.
